Very poor attitude on the telephone when I called to rebook a Flu vaccine for an elderly neighbour who had unfortunately missed her apt, as it hadn't been written down for. They're was absolutely no understanding and they didn't have time to revist. A very poor attitude to supporting vulnerable adults.

Charged me £4.68 for 1x dressing which we needed urgently only to find out it was out of date!! How long has this been sitting on shelf. To make matters worse found the same dressing at Tesco’s £3.38 for 10. Will never use again total rip off….

Went for our covid jabs: Kesgrave Pharmacy are calm, friendly and organised (and explain everything fully) . They were doing walk-in youngsters, 2nd jabs and boosters. This must be the future for all vaccinations: use the resources of well-trained pharmacists in local chemists. A pleasant experience for 'customers' , a boost for small local businesses and it allows GPS and their medical staff to concentrate on their other work. We were so impressed. Come on NHS, make this the norm. Thank you Kesgrave Pharmacy.

I had arranged with local doctors to avail myself of Kesgrave Pharmacy's offer to deliver my medicines free of charge in future. So I signed up. But today, I phoned the pharmacy because my prescription is now 3 weeks over due and I need the medicines. When they finally answered the phone, I got a woman who has serious anger issues. She blamed me for not understandinig their driver is doing his best and was extremely rude and unhelpful. She put the phone down whilst I was still talking. If you want to be shouted at and have the phone put down on you, try Kesgrave Pharmacy. I would not award them even one star, except that is the price of the review.
