I had to have an emergency appointment as my brace had broken off (after seven years so not that bad) and got seen to by Jess and Lauren. They saw me early and were really kind and courteous and I felt very comfortable. They did a great job and I’m really pleased with the result.
(Also thanks to Chloe who managed to get me booked in same day despite the technical challenges!)

I was very nervous upon visit, which was soon eliminated by the very kind and welcoming reception staff. They were all so lovely and helpful. This high standard of service was also continued throughout the whole treatment. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely be coming again !!!

Terrible professionals. Were not transparent with me at all as I required surgery however they insisted I don’t. I was unsure and due to the nature of a surgical process I wanted to find out more about which treatment is best for me however because of this they discharged me without giving me the opportunity to communicate my thoughts and symptoms I’m experiencing. After getting a second and third opinion, it was confirmed that I do require surgery and if I had gone with Suffolk Orthodontics’ treatment plan, it would’ve exacerbated my condition. I am still looking for a practice to treat me and my jaw and teeth continue to cause me difficulties and my mental health also being impacted because of this.
I’d advise to look for other orthodontists in the area and if you have the money, certainly go private as it will save time and stress and you’ll receive the correct treatment.

Overly drawn out process. Before they actually start any work you need 4 separate visits. 1. Paperwork 2. 3d imaging. 3. X-rays. 4. Consultation. Why the first 3 trips can’t be 1 is beyond me. If you have plenty of spare time & petrol this is the place for you

Very unhelpful receptionist. due to work commitments and being a single mum there were only certain times i could ring to book appointments, i was rudely told that they were not able to book an appointment for the following week unless i rang Wednesday morning - if you can use a different orthodontist I highly recommend it as this lot as shocking with the way they book their appointments!

We felt really protected against the spread of Covid here. Appointments are always on time. Friendly, professional staff. Can't fault them at all.

We live in the Netherlands and my son had forgotten the rubber bands for his braces. They helped us finding us the right rubber bands and gave us a bag of them free of charge. Helping out complete strangers from another country free of charge is absolutely brilliant. Five stars well deserved. Very friendly people!

I would not recommend, the overall experience has not been great. My brace has been on twice now and although they tried to rectify free of charge the second time I really wish they had not bothered. I am stuck with my back wire hanging down sharply cutting my tongue until Monday. This is not the first time I have been left like this but this for days. I am currently wearing my retainer the whole time to stop the sharp wire stabbing my tongue. I was advised that a senior member of staff who put my wire on originally unsupervised would need to be supervised. I have not been offered a 10 minute appointment to remove this wire in the meanwhile. I feel very upset and have not eaten since yesterday lunch, as you cannot wear your retainer and eat this is really not helpful. I found braces to be rather a pain but this must be the worst part of it all not being able to eat till Monday. I would like to state that the gentleman that redid my brace the second time was very helpful if only the rest were the same. I paid money to have these originally as I am over the age and expected to be treated like a paying customer rather than one in one out.
