This Is a traditional hardware shop selling anything from a screw through to tools and electrical appliances. There is even a kitchen shop which is now the only one in the Ipswich area.

Just a great place to shop especially if you're a DIY enthusiast.

Returned my broken Trend router. Was told it would only be a couple of days to come back. I was warned that I shouldn’t have brought the whole kit as things go missing. I obviously took this as a joke. After a week I hadn’t heard a thing so I called and was told I could pick it up the next afternoon. When I arrived I was told it wasn’t there? Waste of my time! Finally got it back only to find the plunge sleeve and a bracket missing. They told me that it wasn’t there when I brought it back. Wow! Totally dishonest. Should have taken notice. After admitting Trend had not returned it with the router I was given a replacement. Then when I arrived home I checked the box to find another part missing along with the instructions and warranty. When I called they denied taking them out. I Expected a lot more from Elmers hardware! I feel totally disgusted by their dishonesty and unprofessional behaviour. Very disappointed!

Yes this is a hardware store but there’s much more than just hardware .First there’s the kitchen cookware shop full of quality stuff,the main shop has a large easy to use car park where you’ll find a good range of compost peat bark etc everything for the garden or greenhouse,inside the shop there’s a good range garden tools garden machinery lawnmowers chainsaws etc there’s also the hardware of course and there’s a section for workshop tools,hand tools power tools woodwork machinery and everything that goes with them. I’ve used this shop for more years than I care to remember and I’ve found the after sales service is second to none.
