I am new to the marvels of detailing. Richard was one of three names from East Anglia recommended to me through Region 12 of the Porsche Club. I approached all three businesses for a quote. One didn't respond at all; another sent a very long generic email; and then Richard phoned me. His quote was transparent and easy to grasp. That, plus the long line of illustrious Porsches he'd looked after, swung it for me. I collected my car from him yesterday, and she looked stunning. Richard took time to explain what he'd done, during the many hours he'd put in during her week's stay with him. His explanations were in layman's terms, so I wasn't blinded with jargon. The A14 on the way home was in full monsoon-mode. However, the car still looked stunning once the rain finally stopped. I have no hesitation recommending Richard, and will be saying as much to local Porsche Club members. I hope to be returning to Richard for other work in the future. PS Since writing this review, my good friend arranged for her car to be given the full treatment - inside and out - by Richard. She is also delighted with the result. So happy was I, that I took my second car to Richard, and collected her yesterday. Wow. How he transforms a car which to the layman looks good already, into something that looks Concourse ready, well, it's a real skill. I am so glad to have found Richard and will continue recommending him.

RD Valeting & Detailing was recommended to me locally - I’ve never had a ceramic coating applied to a car independently from a car dealer (with products such as GardX), and now I’ve seen the results I will never have a car dealer touch a vehicle again - Richard is my first call!
