Went in for a patch test, they were really good. Took a strand test and patch test, consultation was done and forms signed. Really pleased with the service before I've even had the appointment. Edit: did not disappoint. I had Brooke for both my colour and my cut and blow dry. From the very beginning of the appointment I felt extremely welcome. Offered a drink, coat hung up and given a chair while I waited for her to be ready (I'm always early!) I was asked if anything had changed since the initial consultation and that I was happy with the colour choice still. We discussed the cut I wanted and she set about mixing the colour. I was offered another drink (very looked after). After the colour was put on, I had a timer put on the table so that the colour was rinsed off at the correct time (not over done or under done). During the wash, I was asked if I would like my feet raised and if I would like the massage chair turned on, a very nice touch - I was extremely relaxed. Again, before it was cut I was asked how I wanted it (in case I changed my mind) - very good communication. I was really pleased with the final outcome, I would highly recommend Brooke! After paying I was not asked if I would like to book again, knowing it was my first time there and I was trying to find the right salon for me. This lack of pressure was really good. I am extremely happy and will be booking in again!

I have been to many hairdressers over the years but I’ve got to say that I am so happy getting my hair done by Morgan. She is so helpful and always seems to know exactly what I want. I am really happy with my hair at the moment, the cut and the colour is just what I want. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would highly recommend Morgan.

Lucy was fantastic with my daughter. Listened to what she wanted but also gave her some great advice and tips. First experience of Hair Ministry and it didn't disappoint. Just had my initial consultation with Morgan, thank you Morgan ! It was relaxed & thorough, I've come away happy ,optimistic, looking forward to my booked appointment knowing that I have been understood. I used a different salon previously & always came away with the dreaded orange tinge to my blonde hair, I stayed with the salon for four appointments in the hope they would get it right but apon coming away with the orange tinge right before my wedding I finally gave up! I lost confidence that hairdressers could achieve what I asked for & hadn't been to a salon for six months , I am certain it will be different at Hair ministry & will update after my appointment. My desired outcome was spoken about at length with Morgan looking at the photo I had brought & herself showing me various photos the same colour I wanted with explanations on how it would be achieved. Morgan spoke about conditioning my hair , aftercare & colouring in future appoints. The booking service receptionist was lovely & clear about payments if needed to rearrange. Update after my appointment- I've added before & after photos, I am very happy with the results. The atmosphere was lovely & relaxed, all staff were very accommodating. Big thank you to Morgan ! I've booked my next appointment. I highly recommend this salon.
